Davinci Resolve 17 - How to Make a Night Vision Effect

Davinci Resolve 17 has some cool new ResolveFX that are built into the Free version and Studio versions of Resolve. One of those effects is the night vision ResolveFX effect. Along, with some other ResolveFX use, this tutorial takes a normal video shot and makes it into a shot looking through night vision googles at the scene.
