Davinci Resolve Kinematic Typography

Blackmagic recently added a new menu option in the Edit Page that allows much easier control of Text+ clips. The new menu option allows us to now open a Text+ clip in Fusion. In Fusion, we can then use the Keyframe editor and the Spline Editor for much greater control of text animation. In terms of creating kinematic typography in Resolve, this is a gamechanger. This video tutorial shows the new feature of Resolve, while stepping you through putting together an example kinematic typography scene in Davinci Resolve. If you would like to get a copy of the project files for this tutorial, I put them out on my buymeacoffee page under posts. I made one for the free version and one for Resolve Studio, get it there. If you want to say thanks, I like coffee.
