Davinci Resolve 16 Using Multiple Timelines Like Multiple Compositions in After Effects

Davinci Resolve 16 allows full use of multiple timelines in video production. Each timeline can has its own set of properties such as frame rate, resolution and more. Using multiple timelines allows a modular approach to developing projects, which is similar to using multiple compositions in Adobe After Effects. Seperate stems can be created for clip effects and FX and then one Master timeline can be used to compile all of the parts.

For After Effects users, this approach should be familar. Creating complex projects in Davinci Resolve should now be much more intuitive for creators switching over from Adobe.
