Davinci Resolve - Velocity Effect Video

The Davinci Resolve 16 Velocity Effect is a very popular motion effect in music videos and with youtubers. Resolve makes it very easy to create the velocity effect on any video using the free version or Resolve Studio version. This effect works extremely well with drone footage, which is mostly what I used in the tutorial and example video. I show how to use Resolve's retime controls to create this effect very quickly.
