If there is an issue with the template pack that you purchased, Digital Vector Studios will fix the files and provide the new files to the purchaser. If the template files cannot be repaired, a full refund will be offered if requested within 10 days from the purchase date. If the template file is working the way it is advertised in the promo video but you are not happy, please provide your reason for requesting a refund with your name and email address (matching the email address used to purchase the product pack) within 10 days of purchase and your refund request will be reviewed.

Here are some additional resolution options for a refund request.
  • You purchased the wrong version of template. We can offer a credit for purchase in our shop for the correct item. You will not be able to continue using the refunded template pack as a licensed product. Any items purchased with store credit will receive full license rights as described in the License Agreement. Please provide notification that the wrong item was purchased within 48 hours of purchase.
  • You are unable to download the file. Please reach out. You will receive help in downloading the files purchased. If there is an issue with our downloading service a refund will be offered. Downloads from the digital download service are logged to keep track of number of downloads.

Stock video items purchased and sucessfully downloaded in the Digital Vector Studios shop are not eligible for a refund.
